Toshiba's Three phase motor drivers for brushless DC motors
Toshiba has released 3 new motor drivers TPD4104K, TPD4111K and TPD4112K with built in power management circuits for motors in home appliances and any brushless DC motors. These motor drivers can work up to 500V and integrate below features.
* Three-phase full-bridge distribution circuit with level-shift type high-side driver and low-side driver
* Output insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT).
* Fast recovery diode (FRD).
* Overcurrent, overheating and power supply voltage drop protection.
* The speed of the motor can be controlled through a microcontroller and hall amplifier.
