New test mode for WIMAX vendors from Aeroflex and AT4 wireless

Now WIMAX equipment/device manufacturers can test their subscriber and base station equipment for functionality and interoperability using this new development test mode jointly developed by Aeroflex and AT4 wireless. Test cases can be created and executed along with the production and analysis of test reports and logs. Test cases include network entry and initialization, ranging, updating channel descriptions, multicast and broadcast services, quality of service, MAC support for H-ARQ, DL CINR reporting, sleep and idle modes, and MAC layer handover procedures.
