Alianza to acquire CounterPath

Cloud communications expert Alianza to acquire CounterPath. CounterPath offers a product called Bria solutions allowing desktops and mobile devices to use an existing PBX and voice call servers for unified communication and collaboration services, irrespective of the location and network.
