4 A, 1000V full wave bridge rectifier with a glass passivated die

Central Semiconductor launched CBRDFA4-100, a 4.0A, 1000V full wave bridge rectifier with a glass passivated die packaged in a low profile 1.55mm durable epoxy BR DFN-A case. It is suggested for use in power supply and fast chargers where component space and height are design constraints in applications such as consumer, industrial, scientific, and medical.

With a low forward voltage drop of of 1 volt max at 4 amps, this device helps in increasing energy efficiency. Priced at $0.30 for 3,000 pieces for the CBRDFA4-100 on 13 tape and reel directly from Central. Samples are available immediately upon request.
